We have the MODOT highway cleanup on June 23 and Boatload of concern on June 30.  Make sure to sign up and help us increase our volunteer hours for the year! Let’s show everyone we can Party with a Purpose!

New details on the Kirkwood Pub Crawl below.  Also, don’t forget to get your Holidaze tickets early.  They are discounted for Club Members until September 1st.  After that, sales open to the public and prices increase.

Also, make sure to get any volunteer hours and donation amounts to Jane Ellen at charity.stlphc@gmail.com before June 31.  I have to get our interim report sent to PHIP soon. And don’t forget to sign up for Boatload of Concern.  Every hour helps us show PHIP that we know how to Party with a Purpose!

Boatload of Concern, June 30th

This annual event will take place at Walmart in Manchester at 201 Highlands Boulevard Drive. We need lots of volunteers to make this day successful! The last shift continues to collect donations, help St Patrick Center with the donation loading and breaking down the site. The shifts in-between are soliciting donations by handing out “shopping lists”, accepting the donations and placing them in the boat. It is a fun filled day albeit usually very warm so dress accordingly. There will be chilled bottled water on hand to keep you hydrated. Feel free to show off in your favorite parrothead style. Yes, there will be a cowbell! Here’s the link to sign up: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gNwe2uwPknOZgAqbm5VADJYV02vnJvN5fCJ31LuYNKE/edit?usp=sharing
